Rubber hoses, fittings, clamps

If the problem of wear in steel pipes and bends has assumed great importance, it does not deserve less attention concerning rubber hoses for the transport of concrete.
In a pumping line a rubber hose may be used at various points according to the type of pump. With some old machines it is used as the connection between the pump and the boom and in the articulation of the boom itself; sometimes it may be used as an intermediate pipe along a ground line; in any case, in all machines it is used as the end hose.
There are various types of rubber hose for concrete, for low, medium and high pressure, which may be classified into different groups:

FABRIC REINFORCED HOSES

The fabric reinforced hoses are used for concrete, mortar and abrasive materials, for low and medium pressures (from 36 bar to 120 bar burst pressure)
Sizes: from DN 25 (1") to DN 75 (3").
On request: DN 100 (4") & DN 125 (5").
The hoses are equipped with pressed fittings, suitable for all connecting systems.

WIRE REINFORCED HOSES

Throughout the years, experience has taught everyone, manufacturers and users alike, that confronted with increasingly powerful machines, with longer and longer booms, it is no longer sufficient to use just any hose. Rather, it is necessary to equip the machine with a completely reliable component that will respond to very specific needs:

Our wire reinforced hoses allows us to reconcile the lightness and flexibility of the hose itself; besides the special rubber inner liner, designed to resist abrasion caused by concrete, ensures long life for the hose. Sizes: from DN 50 (2") to DN 150 (6"); other sizes on request. Burst pressure: 120 - 160 - 200 bar. Length: according to the customer's specification. The rubber hoses are equipped with pressed fittings, complete with all types of collars.

Suitable for medium pressures (120 bar B.P.)

RUBBER HOSES WITH EXTERNAL SPIRAL

EXTERNAL STEEL SPIRAL can be used on all types of rubber hoses. The spiral is affixed to the outside of rubber hose before assembling the fitting.
This avoids accidental squeezing of the hose itself, expecially when it is being bent.
Sizes: DN 50 (2") - DN 65 (2½") - DN 75 (3").
